1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Itineri ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Itineri is an online platform that allows users to create, manage, and share travel itineraries and event schedules. The Service includes features for organizing trips, adding activities, and sharing itineraries with others through unique links.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ITINERI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Itineri and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Itineri operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
